Behind the Exhibition "A Kitchen of One's Own" – A tour and conversation with Anat Rivlin and Ronit Vered

Asif Day is a day of events and activities, presenting and resuming the research process for the exhibition A Kitchen of One's Own: Nechama Rivlin. A one-time tour with curator Ronit Vered and Anat Rivlin, Nechama's daughter, will be one of the events.

The inaugural exhibition of the Asif Center was dedicated to the kitchen of Nechama Rivlin, the late wife of the 10th president of Israel. In a special tour guided by curator Ronit Vered and Anat Rivlin, Nechama's daughter, we shall learn about the curation process – the gathering Nechama's many collections, their research and classification, and finally the setting up of the exhibition and the urban farm inspired by it. We will get acquainted with anecdotes from Nechama's life, and end at Asif's test kitchen with conversation and light tastings.
